Hi Katz
Oh pretty slow I haven't done much on it the last week or so,Mostly I have been fighting with the powers that be over a career's allowance for looking after my ol mum, So that and trying to find information on lost wax casting to build the machine frames has left me a little loss for time! But all going well I see what I can do in the next few days mate ;D ;D ;D
So how's life by you?

Well good luck with the career thing for you mom. I hope that works out for both of you. On lost wax casting. I have done it but it was years ago and the mold was destroyed in the process and I am guessing you want to use it repeatedly? There are a bunch of good mould making groups on yahoo. Search yahoo groups . There is one with a guy called Wayne the Dane and he is good , and there are a bunch. You can also google for products that are used and get vidios from the comps that make them. as for my life it is dull as usual. I know I should be grateful and I am. No no diapers for me at least not yet!! Not anytime soon .I hope. getting old bites. then you die. I have a bunch of running to do today. one place to another. well maybe , ok , they have an offic in the other place to. ok maybe not so much running. Just one big trip should get it. I hope. weel I will be back later tater! love ya much Katzz

Cool Thanks Kat!But I haven't heard from them yet so thats starting to worry me!And yer I have studyied what i can find on metal casting on the internet "which isin't much at all",But I did find this useful information on the melting tempreatures of differant metals That could be very useful indeed,Of course melting iron would probably be the goal for the best running tattoo machine.I also think that it might be possible to use casting sand instead of lost wax casting, which would be much better idea I think. But the problem still remains of getting the metal up to a whopping "1200c - 2190 f " gezz thats a bit hot to dip ones tiddlies in ;D ;D ;D
Yep I agree, Although I am turning into a grumpy ol fart and liking it ;D ;D ;D hehe
Oh well mate !I'm gonna see if I can do some more of that wretched Torino tomorrow, before beer day comes ;D ;D ;D

I just wonderd if you knew that alot of people over here get a trial tatto airbrushed on? Ever think of doing something like that? The temps last about two weeks and cost pretty right. On not hearing from the review board that might be a good thing. It means they did not turn it down the first time they looked at it and are considering it. love and hugs K

Hmm the people that I do wouldn't be interested in temp tattoos, mainly the reason they get tattoos is because they want to look 50% tougher if they get thrown into prison ;D Must protect that back door ;D ;D hehe

This is my last attemp to do Trinitys picture. She is a beautiful girl but her ref pics are all three quarter and I want full shots. Let me know what you think. I think the eyes are crooked and need to be evened out. Crit? I like the grill on the car . Do you have to do the whole grill over to add the headlights? Do race cars have headlights since they run in the day or on a lighted track?? I don't know .

Thank you I think you are right! will work on it. You know what I did though ? I sprayed it with fix last night so son would not touch it cause he just could not get over the nipples on it. He kept pokin on them , and I had just roughed in were I wanted the eyes . Went to erase them this morning and they stayed , I looked at em again. Did he come by here and ink her eyes in cause I told him to leave it alone? Get another eraser. scrub scrug. still lookin at me. Look at them real hard , nope not ink ,graphit. then I rememberd what i did and got a pencil eraser and got it off. Guess what I did ? I found a bunch of uber cool drafting tools and slide rules at a yard sale. The poor ladies husband had died and she was selling his stuff. I got two sets of compasses and two slide rules with nice leather cases for $10. , yesterday I found a hand made bamboo fly rod in the case with string and winders and a lovely walnut case for five bucks. Checked a price for it on ebay and the buyit now price with 1500. course he had no bidders but its like 60 years old and my dad used to buy us bamboo poles to fish with when we were kids. not handcrafted in a case just the sticks. Cause you know three hyper active yard apes are going to break them . normally smacking each other with them. Hows your mom doing? Hip still healing? my mother in law has one of those chairs that raise up so she can get up and down easier and she just sits there day after day. I said something about going back to school and she just came unglued. You can't do that. You got that house and Dewayne and them kids to take care of , you can't do that.!! She was really stressed over it. Course , you know as soon as we got in the truck to leave I told him." Well, you know I have to go now. " If she said it was not a good idea , I gotta go. His mom is really really good to me and I really do love her. But she really does treat me like one of her own and trys to tell me everything I should do. Smother love. ARGH!! She had the hip replacement surgery. The doc said the joint was just gone , it was three years ago and she wont move. I even told her " were gonna find you dead in that freaking chair get up and walk with me. " do something. She wont even go to the store anymore. sad. On a brighter note , son has had two fist fights this week. One at church!!! Than he smacked the boy in the head yesterday and got written up. He is 12 years old and every time he has been in a fight a girl has been the cause of it. He took a picture of a girl at church and her boyfriend got mad and told him to delete it and he no. And it was three to one against him. I don't know who got the upper hand in that. But one of the boys thats alway messing with him is only about 3'6'' and Gabe is 5'9'' . gotta go love katz

Oh well just copy it with some tracing paper and redo it, But then again it maybe better if you redraw it by hand again, You talent would profit more by it, I used to draw hundreds of dragon doing them differant ways till I got really good at them, then went on to do koi fish ect. So Kats what where you thinking of studying if you went back to school?it really sux arse you mother in law is down on ya for wanting to do some more study. Your son sounds like he might be a new heavy weight champion in a decades time ;D ;D Yer but girls arent they the basis of all trouble in the world I forgot how many times I got in a fist fight over over girls "you feel up someones girl and it becomes a prelude to war!" ;D ;D ;D Oh well mate must be off , things to do!
