Hello, I found an articul in a newspaper that I think is a good idea. It was about something called Neuro theripy. It is a place for older people to go to do mental games and sensory stimulations so that it helps keep them from getting Alzhamiers diesese.
Since I am getting old myself it makes sense to me that millions of other baby boomers are willing to do this kind of thing so as not to become foggy in there old age .
Told hubby if I had the money I would head to the mecca of old farts and set up shop. Maybe keep myself from gettin old timers.
Its like a health spa and gym for the brain. Oh man I could use that. ttyl Love ya <
