Calvin . the Jockey who rode Mine that Bird to the win in the Kentucky Derby has decided to ride the filly Rachel Alexander in the Preakness. The second jewel in the Triple Crown.
R. A. is a remarkable filly. Left her last race pack by a lead of 20 lengths.
Everyone in my corner is betting she will win and not the Derby winner Mine that Bird.
It would be nice to have Triple Crown winner around. Too bad he is a gelding though.
