Im got a few ideas for a Hells gatel animation set in the pitts of hell hmm just building elements for it now;Its sort of based on the work of Rodney Matthews, but also contains alot of my ideas as well  I think this will be cool Here's just a small part of it  |

I think maybe the skulls are a bit of a cliche' but I suppose being a hellish enviroment it's really in people expectations.I suppose you call call it Dantes inferno rather than hell. From what I know of the biblical view of hell the realityies are quiet differant, For example the Greek word Hell is a translation the Hebrew word Sheol "Meaning pit or grave" So when you die everyone goes to the grave so everyone in fact goes to hell :biggrin:
The bible even goes on to say that after you finally croak it that you have no conscious thought at all "Don't belive me checkout Ecclesiastes 9:5-6":biggrin: So after you die there's no heaven no hell there's just nothing!
So enough for the bible disscussion and on to some 3d stuff, I have made a really cool staircase thingy in a sort of Rodeny Matthews style , that bridge connects to it one at the top and one at the bottom I'll show ya pics soon "Just have to texture map it

Trying to find some close ups of Barad-dur "with no sucsess I might add" I'm sure there would be some design elements I could use if I could find some detailed pics "I also really like there stone work in the first LOTR film , I might see if I could get a similar and stone shader
